Brief
National Bandanna Day has been a key fundraising event for Canteen for the past 30 years.
Canteen were looking for an experienced partner to review the current supply chain & identify opportunities to realise cost savings throughout the current supply chain, by means of providing a low-cost solution to sourcing merchandise, and supportive infrastructure to manage all logistical aspects of the campaign.
